Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Global Uni Hub Affiliate Program. By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between Global Uni Hub (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (referred to as “affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).
Our Affiliate Program allows you to promote our educational consulting services and earn a commission for each successful user registration through your unique referral link.
2. Enrollment in the Program
Application Process:
To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.Eligibility:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must have a website, social media account, or platform suitable for promoting educational consulting services.Affiliate Approval:
Once approved, affiliates will receive a unique referral link to track the registration of users. You will be notified via email upon approval.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion of Services:
You may promote Global Uni Hub through websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, or other approved channels. You must use your unique referral link to track registrations.Brand Representation:
Affiliates must not misrepresent Global Uni Hub or our services. All marketing materials must comply with our brand guidelines.Compliance with Laws:
Affiliates must comply with local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to advertising standards and privacy regulations. Affiliates must not engage in spam or unsolicited promotions.Ethical Practices:
Affiliates must not use misleading or deceptive tactics to gain referrals.No Plagiarism:
Affiliates may not copy website content, blog posts, or marketing materials directly from Global Uni Hub without permission.
4. Commission Structure
Commission Rates:
Affiliates will earn a commission of INR 2 per valid user registration through their referral link.Payment Terms:
Commissions will be paid once the affiliate has referred 1,000 valid user registrations. Payments will be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.Payment Schedule:
- Payments will be made once every 1,000 valid user registrations have been accumulated by the affiliate.
- Payment will be made within 30 days after reaching the threshold.
Refund Policy Impact:
If a referral is not valid (e.g., user cancels or submits incomplete information), the commission for that user will be removed or adjusted accordingly.Taxes:
Affiliates are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on their commission earnings.
5. Affiliate Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Misrepresentation: Making false claims about our services, guarantees, or results.
- Inappropriate Content: Promoting links on sites containing violence, hate speech, adult content, or illegal material.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages or emails.
- Cookie Stuffing: Manipulating cookies or using unfair practices to gain commissions.
- Direct Competition: Competing directly with Global Uni Hub through unauthorized paid ads, bidding on branded keywords, or fake leads.
6. Affiliate Link Tracking
- All referrals must be tracked using the unique affiliate link provided to you.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links work correctly. Global Uni Hub is not responsible for lost commissions due to improper link usage.
7. Termination of Agreement
Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice for violation of these Terms and Conditions.Termination by You:
You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, all promotional activities and usage of affiliate links must cease immediately. Any pending commissions may be withheld if the termination was due to a violation.
8. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use approved logos, images, and promotional materials provided by Global Uni Hub for marketing purposes.
- All intellectual property (brand names, logos, content) remains the exclusive property of Global Uni Hub.
- Unauthorized usage or modifications of branding materials is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Global Uni Hub is not liable for:
- Losses or damages incurred by affiliates as a result of their participation in the Affiliate Program.
- Errors in tracking, payment delays, or system failures caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss of commissions due to technical errors or improper usage of affiliate links.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India
11. Changes to the Agreement
Global Uni Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through our affiliate portal.
