1. Payment Terms
Our partners, franchisees, students, and associates can make online payments for services offered by Global Uni Hub through our website and web platforms.
Global Uni Hub assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to process payments due to one or more of the following circumstances:
- The payment instruction(s) issued by you is incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed.
- The payment account has insufficient funds/limits to cover the amount specified in the payment instruction(s).
- Funds available in the payment account are under any encumbrance, lien, or charge.
- Your bank or the National Clearing Centre refuses, delays, or fails to honor the payment instruction(s).
- Payment is not processed successfully by any third-party payment gateway upon receipt.
- Circumstances beyond the control of Global Uni Hub, including but not limited to:
- Fire, flood, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen emergencies.
- Power failure, systems breakdown, or any disruption caused by external forces like network failure, computer issues, or cyberattacks.
In case a payment fails for any reason, the failure notification will be displayed on the payment page, and you will be informed via email.
2. Fee Structure
Overseas Admission Services:
- The service fees for applications may vary depending on the duration of the application process, selected country, university, and services requested (e.g., documentation, visa counseling, etc.).
- Specific details regarding fee amounts, breakdowns, and payment deadlines will be shared transparently during the engagement process.
General Services: Fees for general consultation, pre-departure support, and financial assistance guidance will also be charged as per the service package chosen by the student or associate.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Fees for specific programs, such as training, counseling workshops, or preparatory classes, will be non-refundable once paid.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund request will be processed only under the following conditions:
- Student Ineligibility: If the student does not meet the eligibility requirements for the desired university or program.
- Program Closure: If the program or university intake is closed at the time of application submission.
In such cases:
- Refunds will be made after deducting any transaction fees or administrative charges incurred during the payment process.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (account/card) used during the transaction.
- Refund processing time is 10 working days from the date of the approved refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Fees paid for consulting services,, training programs, or preparatory sessions will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payments made for visa assistance, document verification, or third-party services will not be eligible for refunds once the process has commenced.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or unauthorized, you must notify us within 7 working days of the transaction. Our team will investigate and respond within 10 working days.
