1. Agreement Overview

This document (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Global Uni Hub (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and any student (hereinafter referred to as the “Student”) seeking educational counseling, admissions, or support services for overseas education.

By accessing our services or website, the Student agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Global Uni Hub provides the following services:

  1. Counseling Services: Providing professional guidance for courses, universities, and countries.
  2. Admission Support: Assisting with university applications, documentation, and submission processes.
  3. Visa Assistance: Guidance for student visa applications, document preparation, and interview training.
  4. Pre-Departure Support: Providing information on travel, accommodation, cultural integration, and other preparations.
  5. Scholarship and Loan Assistance: Guidance on financial aid options such as scholarships and education loans.

Note: We act as facilitators only and do not guarantee admission, visas, or scholarships.

3. Student Obligations

The Student agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during counseling and application processes.
  2. Submit required documents in the requested format and within the specified deadlines.
  3. Comply with the rules, regulations, and deadlines of universities, embassies, and other institutions.
  4. Attend counseling, interviews, or document submission appointments as required.
  5. Be responsible for payment of any applicable fees for admissions, visas, or other processes.

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without any refund.

4. Admission Process

  1. University Applications: Global Uni Hub will assist students in identifying suitable universities and submitting applications based on their academic profile, budget, and preferences.
  2. Acceptance Letters: Admission is subject to the sole discretion of the respective university.
  3. Student Responsibility: The Student is solely responsible for meeting the academic requirements, language proficiency scores, and any other university or country-specific eligibility criteria.

5. Visa Assistance

Global Uni Hub will assist students in:

  1. Preparing documents required for the student visa application process.
  2. Providing mock visa interview preparation (if applicable).

Important:

  • Granting of a visa is the sole discretion of the respective country’s embassy or consulate.
  • Global Uni Hub does not guarantee the issuance of any visa.

6. Payments and Fees

  1. Service Fees: Certain services provided by Global Uni Hub may be chargeable. The fee structure will be communicated transparently.
  2. Payment Terms: All payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, payment gateway, etc.).
  3. Refund Policy:
    • Fees paid for counseling or support services are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
    • Refund requests will only be entertained in case of proven negligence on the part of Global Uni Hub.
  4. Third-Party Fees: Students are responsible for paying university application fees, visa fees, medical exams, travel insurance, etc.

7. Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Global Uni Hub provides guidance on available scholarships, financial aid, and education loans.

  • Approval or disbursement of scholarships or loans is solely at the discretion of the respective organization, bank, or institution.
  • Students must meet the required eligibility criteria and provide necessary documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws:

  1. Global Uni Hub will not be liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from:
    • Incomplete or incorrect student information.
    • Decisions made by universities, embassies, or financial institutions.
    • External factors such as government policies, economic changes, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
  2. Global Uni Hub’s liability is limited to the fees paid for its services.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  1. The Student’s personal data (name, address, educational details, financial information, etc.) will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Indian IT Act, 2000 and associated privacy laws.
  2. Personal data will only be shared with universities, embassies, or third parties directly involved in providing requested services.
  3. Students must not misuse or distribute any proprietary content provided by Global Uni Hub.

10. Termination of Services

Global Uni Hub reserves the right to terminate services if:

  1. The Student provides false or misleading information.
  2. The Student fails to adhere to deadlines or obligations.
  3. Fraudulent activities or illegal behavior are detected.
  4. Payments for services are not completed as agreed.

11. Dispute Resolution

  1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through mutual discussions.
  2. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  3. The place of arbitration shall be [Your City, India], and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
